Part of our mission at Ideal Jacobs Corporation has always been to go above and beyond minimum compliance requirements for worker health and safety and all matters concerning the environment. In keeping with our quest, Ideal Jacobs has been accepted as a charter member of the Stewardship Action Council, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving social and environmental performance. Members include representatives from academia, state government, non-governmental organizations, investment, industrial, and services sectors.

The National Environmental Performance Track  was a public-private partnership that encouraged continuous environmental improvement through environmental management systems, community outreach, and measurable results. Ideal Jacobs Corporation was an active participant and member in good standing from February 2002 until Performance Track was terminated on May 14, 2009. At the time of termination, the program had a membership base of 547 facilities in 49 states and Puerto Rico.
