Our acquisition of the former Alcatel-Lucent Industrial Design Group in New Jersey combined with our design groups in The Netherlands and China have allowed us the capability to identify, analyze, create and test new product designs that will result in immediate cost reductions.

We have the capability to view products and how they work from a variety of disciplines including engineering and design. Substituting less expensive components, utilizing our production capabilities in other parts of the world and fresh design perspective can all combine to reach our 15% reduction goal. Helping you save time and money will also give you more flexibility in your product lines and greater product speed to market.

Our job is to rethink the current design and find new ways to do it better. Once we have identified a potential area for improvement we will work with you to find new solutions. Then, with your approval, we will create sketches and renderings of our ideas and move on to formal drawings. At this stage there is still no formal commitment or outlay of money from your side except to tell us what you have been paying for the product so we can ensure the 15% reduction.

Once the design change is approved, we will begin the prototyping stage. We will immediately move ahead and rapidly produce the samples and prototypes, assisting in ways to make the approval process as smooth as possible.

Once the prototypes are approved we will be ready to go to full production to fulfill your purchase orders. We will overrun all parts, with the extra kept in stock at one of our worldwide locations of your choice. You are not responsible for the extra inventory unless you buy it. We provide this extra level of service as a courtesy to you to show our appreciation of your business. We will continue to search for ways to reduce our prices by 1% per quarter, and in doing so, expect that we will keep the business for a long time.
