Labels
Ideal Jacobs specializes in custom die-cut labels, screen printed onto durable polycarbonate and polyester materials available in a variety of finishes. Labels can be produced with LED windows, EMI shielding and embossing as well as many other custom engineering characteristics. We also have years of experience designing and producing Braille labels for ATMs.

Adhesive finishing solutions are available for almost any application. UL and CSA approved materials are stocked to fit your product requirements.

Our Graphic Design Department can help you design a label for your application, and we can work with your engineering drawings to ensure a custom fit.

We regularly stock all parts after the first production. This gives us the capability to ship rush orders if the need arises. Our customers are not responsible for inventory until it is ordered.

Gaskets
Telecom panels and drawers often need EMI Shielding capability. While our custom made aluminum shielding system functions well for the faceplates themselves, we found it increasingly frustrating to get fabric over foam gaskets in the quantities, configurations and time periods necessary.
The solution? Offer a full line of gaskets that meet the requirements of our customers.

Panels/Latches
We offer customized, injection molded telecom parts that had previously been made of metal. We are now converting filler panels, face-plates, covers and other types of parts from metal to plastic. With our new designs we have been able to add EMI Shielding and customized gaskets that have been able to meet performance requirements and cost less money. We have now gone one step further and created a line of generic, standardized panels that will enable us to sell small quantities at great savings.

Cable Assemblies
In 2008, we expanded our product line to include cable assemblies. Our onsite storage, assembly and testing department provides an invaluable resource for all of your wiring needs. From Cat5 to coaxial, Ideal Jacobs is equipped to handle your cable assemblies.

Advanced Heat Extraction Technology
Ideal Jacobs now offers new product solutions to our customers with the release of our advanced heat extraction technology. The technology was developed to cool sensitive electronic products, and can scale from small electronic devices on PWBs to large components and sealed outdoor enclosures.

This low cost technology is easily applied to Telco Products, Notebook/Laptop Computers, Servers, Set-top Boxes and Outdoor Enclosures to name a few. Our unique manufacturing solution allows us to build our extractors with incredibly low thermal resistance while remaining cost competitive.

Thermoplastic Composites
Whether it be for consumer products, equipment enclosures, telecom apparatus, medical devices, automotive parts or defense, our new line of ultra-tough thermoplastic composites can prove to be better than steel. Our unique polymer chemistries and molding systems enable us to form parts in a wide range of sizes, shapes and thicknesses. Just imagine being able to create lighter weight products that can be firearm or blast resistant for transportation, building, shipping and infrastructure equipment shielding applications.
