1.) Selling/Life is the exchange of goods, services and or emotions between one person and another.
2.) You can never get what you want from someone else until you define first what they want and then satisfy that need. Only then will you have a chance of getting what you want in return.

4.) You are there to get something done, never let “being emotional” cloud your judgment and get in the way of closing a deal.
